Settings Reference

All Data Anonymizer settings are configured per-portal from the app's Settings page.

General Settings

Data Anonymizer is designed to work out of the box with no required configuration. All anonymization options are configured directly on each workflow action when you add it to a workflow, rather than through global settings.

The Settings page provides a central place for any portal-level preferences as the app evolves.

Configuring Anonymization

Rather than relying on global settings, you configure each anonymization action individually within the HubSpot workflow editor. This gives you full flexibility to use different methods for different properties within the same workflow.
