Getting Started

OpsAgent is a platform of powerful apps that extend and enhance your HubSpot experience. Each app adds specific capabilities to your HubSpot portal — from automating workflows and formatting data to searching records by location and verifying OTP codes.

How OpsAgent Works

OpsAgent apps integrate directly with HubSpot through two main extension points:

  • Workflow Actions — Custom actions that run inside your HubSpot workflows. Use them to format phone numbers, clean email addresses, sort lists, hash data, and more — all without writing code.
  • CRM Cards — Interactive UI cards that appear directly on HubSpot record pages, giving your team tools and information right where they work.

Each app connects to your HubSpot portal via OAuth, requesting only the specific permissions needed for the features you enable.

Quick Start

1. Create an Account

Sign up at OpsAgent and create your organization. You can invite team members later from the account settings.

2. Browse Available Apps

Visit the App Marketplace to discover all available apps. Each app page includes a description of its features, the HubSpot permissions it requires, and documentation.

3. Install an App

Click Install on any app to begin the installation flow:

  1. Select which features you want to enable
  2. Optionally use Granular Object Selection to limit data access to only the HubSpot objects you need
  3. Review the requested permissions
  4. Authorize via HubSpot OAuth

4. Use It in HubSpot

Once installed, the app's workflow actions appear in your HubSpot workflow editor under the "Custom Actions" section. CRM cards appear automatically on the relevant record pages.

Usage-Based Billing

OpsAgent uses a simple pay-per-use billing model. You're charged based on the number of workflow action executions your apps perform. There are no fixed monthly fees — you only pay for what you use.
