Date Manager works out of the box once installed in your HubSpot portal. Nothing on the app's Settings page has to be changed before you start using it.

Every date calculation option -- the input date and the years, months, weeks and days to add -- is set on each workflow action as you add it to a workflow, so the same app can do different arithmetic in different workflows. None of those options have portal-wide defaults.
