All Email Cleaner settings are configured per-portal from the app's Settings page.

General Settings

Email Cleaner is designed to work out of the box with sensible defaults. The current settings are listed below.

Notes

  • The Clean Email workflow action requires no configuration -- it applies a standard set of cleaning and validation rules automatically every time it runs.
  • Settings changes apply to your portal only and do not affect other portals that have the app installed.
  • As Email Cleaner evolves, additional settings (such as choosing specific cleaning rules or configuring domain-level checks) may be added to this page.
